There’s no complicated paperwork to fill out, and we’ll process your rewards directly once your referral takes delivery of their vehicle.

There’s no cap on the number of referrals you can make or the rewards you can earn. So, start sharing the news with your network and help your friends and family get a fantastic deal while earning some extra cash for yourself!

What information is required to make a referral?

To submit a referral, you need to provide your full name, email address, phone number, and vehicle registration. For the referred customer, you will need to supply their full name, email address, and phone number.

How will I receive my referral payment?

The $150 payment will be processed via EFT within 30 days after the referred customer takes delivery of their vehicle and once both the Referral Declaration Form and Referee Declaration Form have been submitted. Ensure that the details provided match on both forms.

Can I refer a family member?

Yes, you can refer friends, family, and colleagues to the Etheridge Ford Referral Program. However, this program cannot be combined with the Ford Dealership Employee Purchase Program.

What is a Referring Customer?

A referring customer is already a customer of Etheridge Ford, either personally or through a business. To qualify as a referring customer, you must have made a transaction at Etheridge Ford Ringwood or Lilydale within the past 24 months. Transactions include either purchasing a vehicle or having a vehicle serviced (excluding vehicle recall and warranty work).

What is a Referred Customer?

A referred customer is a new individual or business who has not engaged in any transactions with Etheridge Ford Ringwood or Lilydale within the past 24 months (excluding vehicle recall and warranty work). This person must be new to our dealership.

I was referred by a friend and have purchased a vehicle. Can I now refer someone else and receive a referral payment?

Yes, once you have completed your vehicle purchase, you are eligible to refer someone else by filling out the online Etheridge Ford Referral Program form and potentially earn a referral payment.

If a referred customer buys multiple vehicles, can I receive multiple referral payments?

The referral reward is limited to one $150 payment per transaction. Each referral must meet the criteria for both the referring and referred customers.

What happens if multiple people refer the same customer?

If a referred customer is referred by more than one person, the referral payment will go to the first referring customer who completed the online Etheridge Ford Referral Program form, provided all other criteria are met.

Welcome to the Etheridge Ford Referral Program! We invite our valued customers to share their positive experiences with Etheridge Ford by referring friends, family, and colleagues who might be interested in our wide range of vehicles and services.

Referral Rewards

For Referring Customers: A reward of $150 will be given to the customer who refers a new buyer.
For Referred Customers: The individual referred will also receive a $150 reward upon purchasing a new, demonstrator, or pre-owned vehicle.

How It Works

Referral Submission: If you are an existing customer and want to refer someone, simply fill out the online referral form available on our website, www.etheridgeford.com.au, providing both your details and those of the person you are referring.
Eligibility of Referring Customers: To qualify as a referring customer, you must have made a purchase or service transaction (excluding vehicle recall and warranty work) at Etheridge Ford Ringwood or Lilydale within the past 24 months.
Eligibility of Referred Customers: The referred individual must not have had any transactions with Etheridge Ford Ringwood or Lilydale in the last 24 months (excluding vehicle recall and warranty work).

Program Details

Purchase Requirement: To receive the referral reward, the referred customer must complete their vehicle purchase and take delivery of a new, demonstrator, or pre-owned vehicle.
Payment: Rewards of $150 each will be paid via EFT within 30 days of vehicle delivery, following the submission of the necessary Referral Declaration Forms from both the referring and referred customers. Only one referral reward is allowed per transaction. In cases where multiple referrals are made, the reward will go to the first valid referral submitted.

Additional Information

Data Consent: By providing your contact details and those of the referred individual, you consent to being contacted by our team for this promotion and possibly for future marketing efforts.
No Contact List: If the referred customer is on our No Contact List, we will be unable to contact them. Please provide them with our contact information so they can reach out to us directly.

Exclusions

This offer is not applicable to current employees or those who have been employed at any Etheridge Ford location in the past 12 months.
The program cannot be combined with any other dealership offers except for the Employee Purchase Program.

Program Changes

Etheridge Ford reserves the right to modify, replace, or extend this offer at its discretion.
