Honestly cannot think of anything you could have done to improve on our experience. Everyone we came into contact with we felt we had known forever. Our sales person Ciaran was wonderful to deal with and its only a shame I'm not in the market for another car so we could experience the experience again.

The provision of a courtesy car is of a great assistance so I can continue to run my business. The service advisor rang me promptly after the service to advise new tyres were then available for my car, I re-attended for the tyre fitting which was again done promptly and efficiently.

Frank clearly outlined all parameters of the service and listened well to a couple of issues I had that needed to be attended to at the time. It makes a difference when the service coordinator goes to the trouble of checking your name and using it when you drop off the car and collect it. It may be on a clip board but makes the experience a little more personal. It was also good to get a phone call during the time outlining reasons for the car not being available earlier. I have only praise for the way the service was managed and appreciated the professionalism of the team at Etheridge.
